Due to our shipping partners requirement for goods to be signed for, it is essential that a reception agent be present during business hours. If not a physical delivery address with someone to sign for the goods should be arranged.
Are my goods insured?
Store.amostoys.com has arranged that all goods be insured in transit to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer. Once the goods have been delivered to the specified delivery address the goods are no longer insured.
