1. Payment for Goods and Delivery Charges
Store.amostoys.com can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website. All payments including all shipping and handling fees must be made by either credit, debit card. Store.amostoys.com will not accept any other form of payment. All transactions are completed on a secure server.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times are dependent on the level of service you select at the checkout. These times are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations.

4. Store.amostoys.com Warranties
Store.amostoys.com is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury Store.amostoys.com liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. 8. Returns and Exchange
Store.amostoys.com is happy to exchange, offer store credit or refund mail/web ordered goods provided they are returned to us with proof of purchase within 10 days (21 on international orders) in a saleable condition with all original packaging.
Store.amostoys.com cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. In the event of a fault the goods may be returned to the manufacturer. If you do have to return any item to us we would ask that you use a trackable system such as a parcel delivery or courier service. If you have any problems with any item and it fails to reach the high standard you would expect then you should return them to us so that we can replace them. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a
Consumer.
9. Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

10. The outer packaging of all products sold through store.amostoys.com is for protection during transportation and is not replaceable if damaged.
