How do I contact Customer support?

What is the store.amostoys.com returns policy?

Store.amostoys.com runs free exchange policies, if for any reasons your goods are unsuitable simply fill out the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and we will refund your original shipping charge.

Refunds: We can offer refunds on goods returned to us with a valid RMA Number within 14 days UK and 21 days International.
Refunds can only be issued to the original cardholder and card.

Goods must be returned (with a valid RMA Number) within 7 days UK and 28 days International.

Please email admin@store.amostoys.com to request an RMA along with your order number.

Please use the original packaging (box) to return your goods.

How do I find a specific item?

You can use the search facility on our site if you want to find a specific item by entering the title or SKU code.

Do I have to be a Member?

Store.amostoys.com operates a membership policy for its customers.

Once an individual registers for the store.amostoys.com mailing list they will automatically be assigned Green, the lowest level of membership. From that point on, whenever a member purchases an item from store.amostoys.com, they will be awarded membership points on a basis of one point for every Great British Pound (GBP) or equivalent in currency spent. No membership points are awarded for shipping/handling charges, paypal fees or purchases from The Stash. Once a member has accumulated enough points within a 12 month period they can request to be moved to a higher level of membership. Once assigned a higher level of membership the individual will then need to accumulate a set amount of points within the next 12 months to retain that status for the following period.

Higher membership offers benefits such as access to hidden parts of the store (such as The Stash), opportunities to pre-order limited products before the official release date and, in certain circumstances, discounts on products (for example, Gold members can buy certain items from the stash at a reduced price).

 
There are three levels of membership for store.amostoys.com.

Level 4 Green Heart: Normal Membership

Level 3 Silver Heart: 100 points plus

Level 2 Gold Heart: Silver + 150 points plus

Level 1 Black Heart: Gold + 250 points plus

Points are awarded 1 per net GBP spent.


 To retain membership:

 Silver. 100 membership points in 12 months.
 Gold. 150 membership points in 12 months.

 Membership is assigned at the discretion of the administrators.

What is the Stash?

The Stash is made up of long sold out figures and products that we have conscientiously kept aside. There are examples of all the Amos classics, and some Silas specials too. These have been kept specifically for when we opened our own store. When the Stash is empty then that is it! The figures are gone forever.

Because of the scarce nature of these figures, and a thriving secondary market (mostly through ebay) we realise that some of these items have a much higher value than the original retail price. And considering we have held onto and stored these figures for so long (some of them for 8 years), we feel justified to increase their retail prices accordingly. Pricing has been set through a simple 4 level system based on the original GBP retail price and the relative scarcity of each figure. We have decided that we will charge an amount that will discourage speculative buying for resell purposes, yet will be under what these items would probably fetch on the open market. Therefore, hopefully, real collectors will have access to these at a price that is fair considering the circumstances of sale.


What payment methods do Store.amostoys.com accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Visa Electron, Switch, Maestro and Solo.

 Is it safe to use my credit card online at Store.amostoys.com?

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Store.amostoys.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the Internet.
To ensure you process orders securely you need to have SSL switched on in your browser. We have protected the following areas of our site to ensure all your information is encrypted: - Login / Sign Up Checkout Invoice

Can I order by phone?

No you can only order Amos merchandise online.

How will I know you received my order?

After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email, which will list your ordered items and shipping details as well as all costs, charged.

Does Store.amostoys.com ship to Post Office Boxes?

Our shipping partners require all goods be signed for at point of delivery and will subsequently not ship to P.O boxes

How soon do I get my order?

Delivery times are dependent on the level of service you select at the checkout. These times are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations.

Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential.

At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent.

How much does Store.amostoys.com charge for shipping?

The shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process and is dependent on the level of service you select.

Is my package insured?

All goods despatched are fully insured to the total value of the goods.

Will there be any additional Duties / Taxes payable on my purchase?

If the shipping method you have chosen is DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) your countries customs will calculate the relevant tax and duty charges and you will be solely responsible for these charges.

DDU shipments are out with our control when they reach their destination.

What if my order is taking too long to arrive?

If your order has ran 21 days over the ETA (estimated time of arrival) date then please contact us at admin@store.amostoys.com and please include your Order Ref No in the email.
We will in turn contact the relevant shipping partner and resolve the issue. Your goods are insured if lost in transit
